FLEXPOINT^® HD Laser Modules

With the FLEXPOINT^® HD laser module series, LASER COMPONENTS offers a ruggedized solution for alignment and positioning under harsh conditions.  

The laser modules of the FLEXPOINT^® HD series feature various laser beams – dot, line or cross-hair – in red (635 nm) or green (520 nm). They are focusable for all beam shapes or come with fixed focus (set at factory). Their IP67 certification stands for high water and dust resistance in rough industrial surroundings. They are available with 5V and 24V modulation as well as in different laser classes and offer an easy-to-use, toolless focusing mechanism for the focusable version.  

The FLEXPOINT^® HD laser modules come with a M12 connector as a standard but are also available with cable as an option and has an operating voltage of 4.5 - 30 V (635 nm) or 10 – 30 V (520 nm).

For industrial positioning and alignment tasks in the wood, timber and metal industry, our HD-PL long line lasers are the best choice to ensure precise long cuts or accurate positioning under harsh conditions.  

Equipped with all the proven features of the standard HD series, the FLEXPOINT^® HD-PL laser modules have the same high beam quality in red or green and deliver a line length of up to 20 meters. 

Areas of Use 

Due to their robustness, the FLEXPOINT^® HD laser modules are used for positioning and alignment tasks under rough industrial conditions, e.g. in CNC machines, (laser) cutting or additive manufacturing systems. They are applied as positioning lasers for the timber and metalworking industry.
