Now available at LASER COMPONENTS is the LCS406105M5x, which was designed for applications in optical storage. The newly developed laser chip has a specially designed structure and a high cw power level of 105 mW (210 mW in pulse mode). In addition, this component has an extremely long operating lifespan of 10,000 hours. It comes in a standard TO housing with a diameter of 5.6 mm and is suited for operating temperatures of up to +70°C.
The less powerful version with an optical output power of 20 mW (LCS40620M5x) is available at an attractive introductory price.
