Nano-Particle Glass Polarizers. Achieves high contrast and high transmission for the UV, VIS, NIR, and Mid-IR ranges with a wide acceptance angle of ±20°. The prolate silver nano-particles are embedded inside the glass which results in high durability, wide temperature range, and easy cleaning.

Dielectric coatings are one of our core competencies at LASER COMPONENTS. We primarily deposit customer-specific optical coatings onto almost any substrates. E-beam technology, also referred to as physical vapor deposition (PVD), ion-assisted deposition (IAD), and ion beam sputtering (IBS) are the coating processes currently available.

State of the ARt technologies

Since 1986, LASER COMPONENTS has been manufacturing hard dielectric coatings in Germany. The production facility is continuously upgraded with new technologies to implement customer requirements as quickly as possible and in the highest quality. Three different coating technologies are offered: depending on product requirements or quantity, the production manager selects the appropriate technology. Both small and large quantities are manufactured at surprisingly affordable prices.

But it's not just the machinery that's being upgraded - investment is also made in metrology to guarantee the consistently high quality of our products to you.

CRD Measurement Method
Guarantees a Reflectivity of 99.95% and Higher

With LASER COMPONENTS' cavity ring down (CRD) measurement station, reflectivity values of 99.95% and higher can be determined. Customers can therefore be sure that the optics ordered also meet the desired specifications, even for custom-made individual pieces without performing an incoming goods inspection.
