For our sales team in the USA we are looking for a committed and motivated Marketing Specialist who will deliver programs to drive sales leads and support the overall growth.
Responsibilities

Trade Show Management
- Managed the administration of trade show planning and execution, including booth logistics, collateral, and pre-show and post-show marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an impactful trade show experience that drives lead generation and brand visibility.

Management of Marketing Campaigns
- Coordinate with global marketing team to implement programs in US market.
- Work closely with the sales and product marketing to develop relevant content including case studies, eBooks, blog posts, and more.
- Work with external suppliers coordinating marketing campaigns into US markets.

Marketing and Sales Automation
- Utilize marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) to create workflows, lead qualification, and personalized nurturing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales automation system (Salesforce) for lead handoff and tracking.

Reporting
- Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for optimizing demand generation efforts.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience supporting marketing in a Photonics B2B organization.
- Success in planning, executing, and measuring marketing programs and events.
- Proficiency in marketing & Sales automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Laser Components Detector Group, Inc. has been researching, developing, and manufacturing semiconductor detectors in Phoenix since 2003. The Detector Group specializes in engineering custom developments of individual configurations, resulting in high-performance Silicon Photodiodes, InGaAs Avalanche Photodiodes (APD), pyroelectric detectors, and Lead Salt IR Detectors for use in the detection of the smallest amounts of light and radiation.
