Fiber Lasers and Amplifiers
Fiber Lasers and Amplifiers - Fiber Lasers
Versatile cw options for scientific and industrial applications
These fiber lasers offer a wide range of continuous wave options across various wavelengths (1 µm, 1.5 µm, or 2 µm). Key models include the Alto-1800, Tenor-2000, and Soprano-2100, known for their compact designs. The ORION grating based fiber lasers offer precisely set specific wavelengths with narrow linewidths from 1760 to 2100 nm for applications like medical technology, telecommunication, and LiDAR.
ALTO-1800, TENOR-2000, and SOPRANO-2100 cw Fiber Lasers
Discover precision with the CYBEL ALTO-1800, TENOR-2000, and SOPRANO-2100 cw fiber lasers boasting a wide 1730 to 2100 nm tuning range and scalable power over 3 W. An optical signal-to-noise ratio exceeding 50 dB, a narrow spectral width of 0.05 nm, and a polarization extinction ratio well above 25 dB make these perfectly suited for any application needing a stable high-power system around 2 µm. In combination with a compact design offering manual or USB control, these features make them the perfect solution for Quantum Technology, high-energy physics, testing and measurement, as well as medical technology, interferometry, and spectroscopy.
ORION-2000 DFB Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) Laser
The CYBEL ORION-2000 is a single frequency narrow linewidth DFB Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) laser, designed to provide precision and power for various applications such as gas sensing (H2O, HCl, CH2), LiDAR, telecommunications and medicine. Within a range of 1760 to 2100 nm, you can fine-tune the emitted wavelength at +/- 0.4 nm. If required, the laser source can be equipped with an additional amplifier stage to increase its output power from 10 mW to more than 500 mW. The ORION-2000 will be delivered as a preconfigured Skyline OEM unit or with turnkey benchtop configurations (see below). You may choose between all-fiber non-PM or polarization maintaining (PM) output fibers.
Pulsed Lasers
These fiber lasers are designed for scientific and industrial applications and can cover a broad range of wavelengths from 1 µm to 2 µm. Pulsed models feature adjustable pulse widths from as low as 1 ns to ms and repetition rates from Hz level to >100 MHz. Their nanosecond pulses reach peak powers up to >15 kW and an average output power of more than 15 W, with near diffraction limited spot size. This kind of lasers may be used for industrial applications, LiDAR, telecommunications, defense, and medicine. Please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements!
LiDAR Phoenix 2039 nm Laser
The pulsed fiber laser Phoenix 2λ-2039nm generates average output powers of 1-2 W at cw and is capable of a peak power of 20 W. Its repetition rate can be adjusted from 50 kHz to 2 MHz using the digital control. The 5λ-2039nm configuration provides 130 W of peak power with 20 W at cw and a higher variety of frequencies: 400 Hz to 2 MHz in an all-PM fiber design. A lightweight and ultra-compact MAKO OEM package design (97×78×15 mm) makes it the best choice for small-size LiDAR applications.
1ns pulsed laser Ray-1940nm
Aiming at scientific and industrial applications, the Ray-1940nm fiber laser generates nanosecond pulses with peak powers of 10 kW. The lasers feature an extremely well-focused beam with a spot size near the diffraction limit. Ray-1940 laser is available with all polarization-maintaining (PM) fiber design and in a reliable benchtop package.
