Holo-Or Creates round spots from Rectangular Excimer laser beams.
Holo-Or introduces a range of new Elliptical Diffusers. These transform an ugly rectangular Excimer laser beam to a nice uniform round spot on the work piece. They are made of 193nm grade fused silica with an optional hard AR V-Coating.
One just has to hit the ED with the laser beam and place a lens after it to fine-tune and reduce the spot size in its focal plane. There are now 3 different types available from stock for 193nm. They can also be manufactured for 248nm and other wavelengths.
