Omega Optical has introduced a new products catalogue - “Optical Interference Filters – New Products 2010”, including filters for Clinical Chemistry and Biomedical Instrumentation, Machine Vision, Raman, Laser Line and Diode, UV, and Fluorescence Instrumentation.
Clinical Chemistry Analyser and Biomedical Instrumentation filters are offered in 3nm wide bandwidths in addition to industry standard 8nm and 10nm bandwidths. Laser Diode Clean-Up Filters provide 90% transmission for 375, 405, 440, 470, 535, 640, and 785 nm laser diodes. Raman Longpass Filters transmit 95% of Stokes or anti-Stokes Raman or fluorescence signal. Laser Line Filters are centred on the laser resonance in the range of 441 up to 1064 nm. Machine Vision Filters are designed to work with cameras with field-of-view up to 60 degrees and 90% transmission at peak.
UV Filters are optimised to work with mercury discharge lamps and are fully blocked from UV to Far IR. Fluorescence Instrumentation Filters are centred on dyes excitation peaks for maximal energy absorption, while emission filters are designed to give dye discrimination and high quality images.
