MV Laser Series

With the boom of machine vision inspection taking UK manufacturing by storm, machine vision laser modules are becoming increasingly common in industrial processes where fast, accurate, and recordable data is required for on-the-fly modification and rapid speed quality control is needed to keep up with the growing demand for UK manufactured products.

We are continuing to grow the machine vision laser module market with its wide range of laser modules, with many of the features fully customisable.  With our large series of laser modules we can produce modules almost as small as a matchstick (MVfemto), or with optical powers up to 5 W (MVgiga), or even line thickness as small as 5 µm (MVmicroline).

Our machine vision laser modules are all designed with accuracy in mind; with line intensities as uniform as ±10% and high line straightness up to ±0.1% the range is designed with quality as the first priority!
