Multiplexed PbS and PbSe 256 element arrays 1-5 µm – reduced cost
Prices improve with increased production quantities due to the increased economies of scale. Now that Cal Sensors are producing more detectors, the prices of the multiplexed lead sulphide and lead selenide arrays have been significantly reduced. This also includes the price of individual chips.
To facilitate the application of arrays, Cal Sensors offers systems that consist of the PbS or PbSe array, a USB interface and cable, a copper mounting block, a heat sink with built-in fan, power supplies for the system and the cooler, array control software, and an instruction manual.
