LASER COMPONENTS specialise in the development, manufacturing and sales of high quality industrial standard laser modules for machine vision applications, process control and measurement.
Flexibility is the key and as such we offer, as standard, a wide range of wavelengths, power and beam profiles including; elliptical, circular, line or linear-line (where a special optic distributes light evenly providing a more defined laser line). We also offer custom lens (or other optical element) arrangements, modulation, or power adjustment of the laser via either a third wire or a potentiometer in the laser housing.
LASER COMPONENTS’ Flexpoint modules have a wide range of medical and industrial applications, which include the positioning of materials, tools and appliances such as irons or sewing machines; the making of marks when drilling holes or the positioning of patients during a medical examination.
Whilst we offer several choices of standard modules a key area of expertise for us is the development of custom designs varying from custom package dimensions, angled beam output, custom voltage requirements and more - offering a truly Flexpoint-able solution to virtually any conceivable application.
