Announcing a very successful release of UV, VIS and CO2 DOE homogenisers on fused silica and ZnSe substrates, LASER COMPONENTS is pleased to introduce a new series of Holo-Or sapphire homogenisers, ideal for high power Er:YAG Lasers at 2.94 µm; accepting any beam shape with a standard diffusing angle of 1.4 degrees at 2940 nm.
The elements are composed of robust sapphire with an optional high power AR V-coating on both surfaces. The series feature: high efficiency, low zero order transmission, high damage threshold and low back reflection, custom angles, wavelengths and physical dimensions are also available.
Two standard grades are offered:
A: With less than 5% energy in zero order for 2940 nm,
and B: With less than 15% energy in zero order for 2940 nm.
Transmission Efficiency: greater than 98% (AR/AR coated), and part of energy expected within defined angle: 80% for standard and up to 95% for custom. Standard dimensions: 25.4 mm diameter and 3 mm thick or 11mm diameter and 3 mm thick.
