Cost-saving Positioning Aid for Medical Technology

The DYAD beam – a dual-beam module from Sheaumann – delivers, for the first time, two laser beams in a space-saving and cost-saving “plug-and-play” solution. The sources for the 5 W NIR working laser (808 nm and 980 nm) and the red pilot laser (635 nm) are housed in the same enclosure. Thanks to integrated combiner optics, additional components are unnecessary. Both beams can be integrated directly into one fiber without the need for adjustment.  

Pilot lasers are used wherever maximum precision is required (e.g., in medical technology). They are used to position the invisible infrared beam perfectly at the point of use.

Sheaumann’s products are available in the United Kingdom, France, and German-speaking countries exclusively from LASER COMPONENTS.
