50 mW 450 nm Laser Diode

The increasing demand for cost effective blue laser diodes has resulted in higher production quantities and so lower cost devices. LASER COMPONENTS is pleased to offer the CS450050M3X, a blue laser diode at 450 nm producing 50 mW optical output power.

The single-mode laser diode has a perfect beam quality and comes in an ultra-compact TO38 housing. An operating temperature of -10°C to +70°C makes it possible to use this laser diode in a wide range of applications.

This laser diode is an ideal light source for high resolution display technologies and large optical data storage applications. Further applications include laser projectors, industry, medical and measurement technology, and biophotonics applications.
