4-pin Fibre Coupled NIR Diode Laser

We are pleased to announce SemiNex’s 4-pin fibre coupled diode laser. The device is available in 1450 nm, 1470 nm, 1532 nm, and 1550 nm, or can be specially made for any custom wavelength between 1300 nm and 1600 nm.

  • 105 µm/0.22 NA fibre

  • 50% W/A slope efficiency
  • 30% wall plug efficiency
  • Back-facet monitor included

The 4-pin laser has a high slope efficiency of 50%, up to 4 W power, small form factor of 33 cm² and high volume availability. The device is equipped with a back-facet photodiode monitor and 105 µm/125 µm 0.22 NA optical fibre; laser light is emitted through a 650 nm aiming beam. This device is maximised for aerospace, communications, LIDAR, military and medical applications.
