1x81 Pattern Generator for 532 nm

Two versions of this diffractive optical element that produces 81 beams from a single 532nm laser source, with a 10degree FOV or 20degree FOV.  A distribution of the diffracted orders can be seen in the image. Similar DOEs are available in other wavelengths.

 

Additional features include:

  • High Transmission Efficiency (~95%)
  • High Diffraction Efficiency (~75%)
  • High Damage Threshold
  • Insensitive to misalignment
  • Suits single and multi-mode lasers
  • Very tolerant for the beam quality of the input beam
  • Optional Ar/Ar coated
