For our location in Olching near Munich (approx. 170 employees) we are looking for a committed and qualified full-time
Head of Human Resources (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Further development of key HR action areas such as talent management, digitalization, personnel planning, recruitment and employer branding, personnel development and promotion of the corporate and leadership culture.
- Developing and implementing an HR strategy that supports the general business objectives and is regularly reported to the management via key figures.
- Ensuring the implementation of all operational HR processes including payroll.
- Further developing structures and processes and implementing modern HR tools, measures and projects.
- Providing impetus and acting as a competent sparring partner for management and executives on all HR topics and labor law issues.
- Exchange with the international HR teams within the Group, development and sharing of best-practice processes within the framework of expert peer groups.
- Leading, motivating and continuously developing the (four-person) HR team
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a degree in business administration, economics or social sciences or a comparable qualification with a focus on HR management, business psychology, labor law or a related field
- Several years of experience in strategic and operational HR work
- Expertise in the areas of talent management, employee development, performance appraisal systems and organizational development
- Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Communication skills, empathy and leadership skills
- Hands-on mentality combined with a pragmatic, structured approach to finding solutions and the ability to motivate employees
- High service orientation and digital affinity
