Germicidal UVC Arrays from Bolb

LASER COMPONENTS not only offers individual germicidal UVC LEDs from Bolb but also high-performance arrays. The individual chips provide an optical power of 100mW or more at a wavelength of 270nm. The LED types S6060 and S3535 are available as preassembled arrays at sizes of 1x4, 1x12, and 5x5.

The main application area for UVC technology is the sterilisation and disinfection of air, water, and surfaces. With their high output power, these arrays allow significantly shorter treatment times. In addition, the components can be quickly and easily integrated into disinfection devices to allow developers at application companies to concentrate on their core competencies.
