By pairing Pixelink's renowned high-speed 3.0 USB industrial cameras with high magnification imaging optics from the leading US manufacturer of Navitar imaging optics we meet the new needs of new machine vision applications.
The 12x series, 6000 series and the newly developed Resolv4K Zoom, developed for customers who require an extended field of view and high magnification zoom, now incorporate Pixelink's CMOS cameras. Resolv4K offers a 400 - 600% wider field of view compared to conventional zoom systems currently available on the market. An improved numerical aperture (NA) increases contrast by 25 - 80% at the specified resolution compared to competitive zoom systems. Numerous adapter options allow customers to use a range of sensors from 1/2" to APS (32mm) formats and beyond.
The Resolv4K has a modular design. The core zoom module is available in manual or automatic mode, with or without coaxial illumination, and offers a wide variety of optical adapters and related components.
Visible, Vis-NIR and SWIR coating options are also available. For applications requiring even higher magnification, the system easily pairs with Navitar HR large aperture microscopic lenses.
Pixelink's CMOS cameras offer complete low-noise, high-resolution digital imaging solutions that are trusted by industry leaders. They come with Pixelink Capture, allowing instant configuration of the entire system: zoom and focus for Navitar zooms, autofocus for Navitar fine-tuning zooms, on-screen metrology tools (length, pixel location, area, etc.).
