OEM Fiber Lasers

OEM fiber lasers are designed for scientific and industrial applications - cw and pulsed lasers are available.

Fiber Lasers

These fiber lasers are designed for scientific and industrial applications at wavelength ranges of 1 µm, 1.5 µm or 2 µm. Both cw and pulsed lasers are available, with pulsed models featuring adjustable pulse widths between 2 ns and 60 ns and repetition rates from 10 kHz to 4,000 kHz. Their nanosecond pulses reach up to 40 µJ energy, an average output power of more than 15 W and peak powers well above 15 kW. This kind off lasers may be used for LiDAR, telecommunications, defence, medical, and industry.

MAKO Series Fiber Lasers

The pulsed fiber OEM lasers of the MAKO Series offer a near-Gaussian beam profile (M²<1.1). They generate average output powers of >1W and are capable of peak powers beyond the 5 kW mark. The analogue interface allows users to flexibly adjust pulse width (2 to 60ns) and repetition rate (10 to 4,000 kHz), while the output power can be adjusted separately using the digital control. Its lightweight and ultra-compact design (97×78×15 mm) makes MAKO fibre lasers the best choice for small-size sensing applications.

TENOR-2000 Polarization Maintaining Fiber Laser

Discover precision with the CYBEL TENOR-2000, a PM fiber laser boasting a wide 1900 to 2050 nm tuning range and scalable power up to 5 W. An optical signal-to-noise ratio exceeding 50 dB, a narrow spectral width of 0.05 nm, and a polarisation extinction ratio >20 dB stand for single-mode PM fibre output at the highest clarity and beam quality. In combination with a compact design offering manual or USB control, these features make it the perfect solution for a wide range of applications such as high-energy physics, testing, and plastic processing, as well as medical technology, interferometry, and spectroscopy.

ORION-2000 DFB Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) Laser

The CYBEL ORION-2000 is a single frequency narrow linewidth DFB Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) laser, designed to provide precision and power for various applications such as interferometry, gas sensing, testing, and measurement. Within a range of 1900 to 2050 nm, you can fine-tune the emitted wavelength at +/- 0.4 nm. If required, the laser source can be equipped with an additional amplifier stage to increase its output power from 10 mW to more than 500 mW. The ORION-2000 will be delivered as a preconfigured Skyline OEM unit or with turnkey benchtop configurations. You may choose between standard or polarization maintaining (PM) output fibers.

Skyline Series Fiber Lasers

Aiming at scientific and industrial applications, the Skyline OEM Fiber Laser Series generates nanosecond pulses with energies up to 40 µJ. At peak powers of 15 kW and more, the average output power is greater than 15 W. The lasers feature an extremely well-focussed beam with a spot size near the diffraction limit. Skyline lasers are available in standard or polarization-maintaining (PM) versions. The range of pulsed lasers is complemented by continuous wave (CW) devices. Both versions can be customized to meet the specific signal requirements of the application.
