Abstract - Single Photon Counting Module

We present the design and characterization of Single Photon Counting Module (SPCM) for advanced opto-electronic applications. This SPCM has an exceptional wide dynamic range, high quantum efficiency, minimal afterpulsing, and low dark count rate. Our comprehensive characterization includes an in-depth analysis of the temperature-dependent behaviors of afterpulsing probability, photon detection efficiency, and dark count rate.
