Agiltron’s etMEMS™ series is based on a patent-pending process, which is based on a microelectric/mechanical principle, and is extraordinarily compact in size with a large range of movement of the shutter. The simple design and direct control of this component make it a very attractive product, also for integration in complete systems. This component can block a collimated beam up to 500 mm in diameter and can be operated on air, thus meeting the standards according to Telcordia 1209 and 1221.
